Langosta del Caribe:
No sé cómo mucha gente se sigue haciendo la pregunta de si ir al Capitán Cook o a la langosta del Caribe.
Tras haber buscado información en éste y otros foros, la verdad es que para nosotros la respuesta está más que clara: ir al restaurante de Nacho, o lo que viene a ser lo mismo, ir a la langosta del caribe.
La langosta del Caribe y el Capitán Cook son dos restaurantes situados en El Cortecito, del que hablamos con anterioridad, donde te ofrecen langostas y parrilladas de marisco, además de otros platos “menos típicos”.
La diferencia está en que para la gente de este foro, la langosta del Caribe hace una oferta especial por el mero hecho de ser foreros.
Ésta, y cito textualmente, consiste en:

Especial parrillada con langosta
Transporte mañana en barca gratuito ida y vuelta con tour a la piscina natural y baño (aproximadamente 30 minutos).

La oferta además se completa con una ensalada de entrante, plátano frito, arroz, un aliño de aceite y ajo para acompañar a la langosta, postre consistente en fruta o flan y 3 consumiciones. Todo ello por el magnífico precio de 30 euros o 40 dollares, que frente a los 60 dollares que te cobran en el capitán Cook yendo de visita con el touroperador de Travelplan y que te intentan colar a la primera de cambio, creo que está muy pero que muy bien.
Así que no seáis tontos y aprovecharos de la oferta, que de verdad merece y mucho la pena, no sólo por el ahorro económico sino también por ganar en confianza, en higiene, en tranquilidad (el capitán Cook a todas horas está llego a rebosar) y en trato.
No suele haber problemas con la reserva, casi siempre suele haber sitio. Nosotros al estar cerquita, decidimos ir una tarde a comer sin haber reservado, y tras sortear la horda de vendedores del cortecito que te intenta meter a sus tiendas (mira que no son ni 200 metros y se te hace eterno), pudimos comer sin contratiempo alguno.
Nada más llegar nos encontramos con Nacho y que de decir de él... un tío super atento y majo, el cual estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento aunque nos acababa de conocer hace 10 minutos.
Para comer nosotros escogimos una parrillada y una langosta, pero acabamos compartiendo mitad y mitad.
Creo que es lo mejor que se puede hacer en caso de ir dos y no tener muy claro por qué decantarse.
La comida estupenda, tanto por el servicio como por la calidad.
No podemos opinar de su sabor con respecto al Capitán Cook puesto que no hemos ido nunca, pero vamos, la langosta que se prepara donde Nacho estaba increíble.
Al finalizar la comida, como no nos apetecía ir a las piscinas naturales, Nacho nos ofreció pasarnos cualquier día por el local para invitarnos a unas Presidente y para que nos llevasen a las mismas para darnos un baño, pero entre unas cosas y otras al final no pudimos ir, pero vamos, estoy seguro de que algún día no muy lejano volveremos y le haremos una visita al bueno de Nacho.
Además nos sacó una langosta del vivero donde las tienen para echarnos una foto con ella, todo un detalle.
Y ya para finalizar, decir que para los que no les guste el regateo, la Langosta del Caribe cuenta también con una tienda de precio fijo en la cual por ser del foro también te beneficias de un descuento especial.
